Terms and conditions

Any bookings made in Economy Light, Classic or Delight then upgraded to Premium or Upper Class will have the upgrade amendment fee waivered.

Applicable to all agents booking through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.

Applicable until 31 December 2019.

For online upgrades, agents will pay the amendment fee as normal and will have to apply for the fee back.

For offline upgrades, the amendment fee will be deducted at source.
