A warm welcome to Flights Customer Support new extra-long opening hours.

We are pleased to announce our new extended opening hours, and they’re longer than ever before.

As of Tuesday 10 January 2023, our new opening hours for Flights Customer Support will be:

08:00 – 20:00    Monday to Friday

09:00 – 17:00    Saturday and Sunday 

You will be able to contact Virgin Atlantic Flightstore Customer Support seven days a week throughout peaks, and everyday after peaks too.

Each of our Flights Customer Support Teams will be contactable during these times, so simply call 0151 350 1120 and we will best direct your call to the relevant team; whether that be Reservations, Schedules, Ticketing, Post-Ticket Amends, or general queries.
