This incentive is open to all operators who register to become a Virgin Voyages through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore partner.
This incentive is open from 22nd January 2020 until 18 February 2020. Registrations made before or after this incentive period will not qualify.
All registrations are subject to confirmation from Virgin through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore. Only confirmed registrations will qualify.
No alternative prize will be offered to anyone unable to attend.
The winners will stay five nights onboard Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady in a single occupancy cabin.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
The prize winner will be solely responsible for any and all air and ground transportation required to travel to the airport of departure and return including but not limited to tolls, insurance, taxes, port fees and other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of this prize.
The prize winner will be solely responsible for discretionary spend on their onboard folio including but not limited to speciality & alcoholic beverages, mini-bar, laundry service, telephone, internet, movies, beauty & spa treatments, travel upgrades, excursions and any other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of this prize.
The prize winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined at the Virgin Voyages’ sole discretion, upon check-in.
All discretionary expenditures on the vessel, as well as upgrades and any other expenses charged to the winner’s room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided.
Certificate and booking are non-transferable.
The winner must possess a valid government-issued passport and any required visas at the time of travel.
Virgin Voyages are not responsible for lost or stolen baggage.
Travel is subject to terms and conditions stated on the Ticket Contract (which will be made available prior to booking the Voyage).
Various additional material restrictions apply.
The winner is solely responsible for obtaining his/her own travel, medical and life insurance and the associated costs.
If the winner becomes ill or infirm to such a degree that he or she cannot embark on the vessel, Virgin Voyages shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of the liability for fulfilment of the prize award or any part thereof.
Compliance with any health or government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner.
The winners must be available for travel on the dates of the voyage.
The winners must travel on all flights as organised by Virgin Atlantic/Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
Trips cannot be extended.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/ Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Voyages retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/ Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Voyages retain the right to amend the itinerary including but not limited to; flight times, accommodation arrangements, dates at any time.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Voyages retain the right to withdraw this incentive at any time.
