  • Operators must have an active Red Rewards account 
  • Red Rewards terms and conditions must have been accepted
  • For every 2 passengers ticketed to Miami or Boston between 3 January 2020 and 31 January 2020 we'll reward you with one spin token to play the Red Rewards prize wheel
  • Applicable to Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines IT flights booked through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore between 3 January 2020 - 31 January 2020
  • The operator who tickets the most flights to Miami and Boston during January will win the overall tactical prize
  • The overall tactical prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
  • The overall tactical prize holds no cash value

  • All qualifying bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore before the prize is given
  • The prize must be used by the winner
  • The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw
  • Virgin Atlantic Flightstore reserve the right to redraw prize winners at any time
  • Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/Virgin Atlantic/Delta Air Lines retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
  • Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/Virgin Atlantic/Delta Air Lines retain the right to withdraw this incentive at any time
  • January main prize awarded at random at the end of the incentive period- Lay-Z-Boy hot tub. 
  • Red Rewards is a sub-brand of Virgin Atlantic Flightstore and operated by Aviate Management
  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions operators/agents have opted to be a part of the Red Rewards loyalty scheme
  • Operators have the sole responsibility of managing prize distribution internally – Virgin Atlantic Flightstore hold no responsibility for any prize distribution deemed ‘unfair’ by agents or operators
  • Virgin Atlantic Flightstore retain the right to dissolve Red Rewards at any time without prior notice
  • Red Rewards spin tokens cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Red Rewards spin tokens hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for anything other than a spin on the Red Rewards prize wheel
  • Red Rewards spin tokens can only be redeemed by agents who are still in employment with the same operator at which the tokens were accrued
  • Any Red Rewards spin tokens accrued by agents no longer working at the operator will be expired
  • Spin tokens will expire at the end of the month following accrual. e. a spin token accrued on 14 June 2019 will expire on 31st July 2019
  • Spin tokens will be allocated to the Red Rewards dashboards between 24 – 48 hours after accrual
  • When an operator has multiple agents using the same log in the main contact on that account will be contacted to arrange prize send
  • Should an operator or agent wish to opt-out of the Red Rewards scheme they must notify the Virgin Atlantic Flightstore marketing team with at least 7 days written notice. Tokens not spun at the close will be expired and Virgin Atlantic Flightstore will hold no liability
  • Virgin Atlantic Flightstore cannot be held liable for any prizes that get lost or stolen when dispatched
