Due to adverse weather conditions across the East Coast of America, customers booked on services operated by Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines,  ticketed on 932 stock, are being offered additional flexibility when needing to change their ticket.

If customers are travelling to, through, or from any of the cities outlined in Virgin Atlantic’s policy below from 22nd through to 25th February 2026, you may rebook their flight to an alternative date without change fees. Please contact us by completing our contact form
