How to win

Ticket bookings to Dubai via Virgin Atlantic Flightstore between 17 October and 2 December 2024 and you will receive £5, £10, or £15 vouchers for every individual passenger ticketed in Economy, Premium and Upper Class. The top ticketer during the incentive period will also win two return flights to Dubai.

Terms

Flights must be booked with Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.

This incentive is for UK Tour Operators ONLY.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore during and after the incentive period and only flights ticketed by Operators based in the UK will qualify.

No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered. Virgin Atlantic Flightstore only cover the cost of 2x Virgin Atlantic Economy flights to Dubai.

Virgin Atlantic Flightstore do not cover the costs of any transfers or any additional ground arrangements during the winner’s trip. The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and any necessary visa’s/ permits prior to beginning their journey. The winner will not be able to travel on blackout dates provided by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.

Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.

All ticketed bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore prior to the prizes being distributed.

Prizes cannot be exchanged. Vouchers are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Virgin Atlantic Flightstore and Virgin Atlantic retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Virgin Atlantic Flightstore and Virgin Atlantic retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.

All E-Vouchers will be sent as an E-code to the Tour Operators main contact on their Virgin Atlantic Flightstore account, which should then be awarded internally accordingly. Virgin Atlantic Flightstore holds no responsibility for the distribution of vouchers between colleagues within a winning Tour Operator.
