Hurricane Beryl Commercial Policy

Our partners at Virgin Atlantic are currently monitoring Hurricane Beryl and would like to offer affected customers flying through, to, or from: Barbados, Saint Vincent, Grenada, or Montego Bay more flexibility in addition to original fares rules.

Virgin Atlantic is offering customers who are travelling between 01 July - 03 July 2024, the flexibility to rebook their flight onto a different date up to 17 July 2024.

Change fees	Waived - for date/flight changes.
Fare difference	Waived - must be the same point of origin/destination and cabin as originally booked
Change of origin or destination	If no alternative VS flight available, rebook onto other VS/VS* services Change fees are waived Fare difference applies
Refund	Not permitted unless fare rules allow. If travel is not able to be rescheduled within these guidelines, customers may cancel their reservation and apply any unused value of the ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket for a period of one year from the original ticket issuance. Applicable fare difference may apply for new travel dates. Final travel must be completed by end of ticket validity. For flight cancellations, standard VAA Flight Cancellation Policy applies.
