Book Virgin Atlantic/ Delta Airlines flights through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore between 01 September 2022 and 30 October 2022 and you could be going to Orlando!
We’re giving away 10 spaces on the Fam of a lifetime to Orlando with Virgin Atlantic Flightstore and Universal Orlando Resorts.
Each passenger booked will accrue points, the Tour operator at the end of the incentive period with the most points will win a place. 7 places will be awarded using our points system as follows:
1 point per PNR booking made in Economy Classic / Economy Delight
5 points per PNR booking made in Premium / Upper Class
10 Points per PNR booking made travelling to Orlando
The other 3 places will be awarded as follows:
Wild card – This place will be awarded at random to an operator who makes a qualifying booking.
Top Orlando Out of Date Range booker
Nominated team member – This will be awarded to a team member nominated by another Tour Operator stating why they deserve a place on our Fam
This incentive is open to all Virgin Atlantic Flightstore operators excluding groups.
Applicable for all Virgin Atlantic Flightstore / Delta Airlines bookings made between 26 August 2022 – 30 August 2022.
Flights must be booked with Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
Dates of FAM are 29 November 2022 – 3 December 2022, flying from London Heathrow to Orlando International Airport.
All winners will be selected from the list of qualifying bookings, at the end of the incentive period.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
All bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore prior to the prizes being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
Passengers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance any necessary visa’s/ permits prior to beginning their journey.
Prizes cannot be exchanged.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive, or prize draw.
The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
The winners must arrange, where applicable, their own valid: travel insurance, passport, visas.
The prize does not include tipping, some meals, any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
Compliance with any health or government requirements, including vaccination passports if required, are the responsibility of the prize-winner.
The winners must be available for travel on the dates of the FAM trip as listed in the cabin selected.
Outbound flight with Virgin Atlantic London Heathrow to Orlando 29 November 2022 8:00am.
Inbound flight with Virgin Atlantic Orlando to London Heathrow 3 December 2022 5:25pm.
The winners must travel on all flights as organised by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
The winners must be able to travel to the designated departure airport at their own expense for both the outbound and return journeys.
Trips cannot be extended.
Winners will be staying at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn & Suites for the duration of the trip 29 November 2022 until 03 December 2022 (4 nights).
Each winner will have their own separate room.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore / Universal Orlando Resorts retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore / Universal Orlando Resorts retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
Open to UK market only. International markets are exempt from this incentive.
