How to win
There are three ways in which you can win one of six available spots on our premium FAM trip to Atlanta in March 2026. Follow the steps below between 15 December 2025 and 15 February 2025 to be in with the chance of joining us.

Six places will be awarded across the following categories:
• Top Atlanta booker
• Most improved Atlanta booker
• Top North America booker
• Most improved North America booker
• Most engaged agent
• Wild card place*
*Awarded to the agent who has the best entry for providing their reasoning as to why they should be invited on the trip.
The wild card
One additional wild card place is up for grabs. This will be awarded to the agent with the best written entry explaining why they deserve a place on the Atlanta trip. It’s your chance to stand out beyond the bookings. To enter, simply email your written entry to: marketing@vaflightstore.com
Terms & Conditions
Applicable for all Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic bookings to North America via Virgin Atlantic Flightstore from 16 December 2025 - 15 February 2026
Dates of the experiential trip are 02 March 2026 – 6 March 2026, flying from London Heathrow to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
All winners will be selected from the list of qualifying bookings at the end of the incentive period.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore before the places on the FAM are awarded.
Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
No alternative prize will be offered to anyone unable to travel on the FAM trip.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive, or prize draw.
The winners will stay at: The Westin Peachtree Plaza
The winners will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
The winners must arrange, where applicable, their own valid travel insurance, passport and visas.
The prize does not include: tipping, some meals, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
Compliance with any health or government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner must travel on all flights organised by Delta Airlines / Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
The winners must be available to travel on the dates and in the cabin, classes outlined in these terms
Delta Air Lines covers outbound and inbound flights. Flying in Delta Premium Select and Delta
Transfer costs to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport are included
The winners must be able to travel to the relevant departure airport – London Heathrow – at their own expense for both the outbound and return journeys.
Trips cannot be extended.
Each winner will have their own separate room.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/ Delta Airlines/ Virgin Atlantic / Atlanta Tourist Board retain the right to amend the FAM trip itinerary, including but not limited to: flight times, accommodation, arrangements, dates, at any time.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore /Delta Airlines/ Virgin Atlantic / Atlanta Tourist Board retain the right to withdraw this incentive at any time.
