Our partners at Virgin Atlantic are currently monitoring Hurricane Beryl and would like to offer affected customers flying through, to, or from: Barbados, Saint Vincent, Grenada, or Montego Bay more flexibility in addition to original fares rules.
Virgin Atlantic is offering customers who are travelling between 01 July - 03 July 2024, the flexibility to rebook their flight onto a different date up to 17 July 2024.
This policy is to allow customers more flexibility in addition to the original fares rules
• Customers must advise of changes to their travel plans ahead of their travel date, or no-show policy will apply as per fare rules
• Travel is permitted on an earlier date, with no fees, if the date is within the guidelines of this bulletin
• Changing return travel date to maintain travel duration is allowed. Changes fees and fare difference charges are waived
• Fare difference must include all taxes/charges
• Itineraries must be rebooked on VS/VS* tickets
• Booking cancellations, refunds and downgrades are subject to the original fare rules, unless permitted by this policy – whichever is the most flexible

If travel is not able to be rescheduled within these guidelines, customers may cancel their reservation and apply any unused value of the ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket for a period of one year from the original ticket issuance. Applicable fare difference may apply for new travel dates. Final travel must be completed by end of ticket validity.
