Win a place on our Antigua FAM trip taking place 21-26 May 2020
There are 8 places available to win and will be awarded to the top 7 operators with the most points at the end of the incentive period. Plus a wild card place awarded at random. Points accrued as follows:
Economy Classic- 1 point per PNR
Economy Delight & Premium- 5 points per PNR
Upper Class- 7 points per PNR
Bonus Points- to Antigua- 10 points
This incentive is open to all operators booking through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
This incentive is open from 02.01.20 until 29.02.20. Bookings made before or after this incentive period will not qualify.
The final place is a ‘Wild Card’ and will be chosen at random. To qualify for this, you must book any Virgin Atlantic flight through Virgin Atlantic Flightstore during the incentive period.
Bookings made on all Virgin Atlantic flights to any destination in all booking classes during the incentive period will qualify.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Virgin Atlantic Flightstore before the places on the FAM are awarded.
Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
No alternative prize will be offered to anyone unable to travel on the FAM trip.
The winners will stay at The Royalton, Antigua.
The winners will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
The winners must arrange, where applicable, their own valid: travel insurance, passport and visas.
The prize does not include: tipping, some meals, any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
Compliance with any health or government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner must travel on all flights organised by Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Atlantic Flightstore.
The winners must be available to travel on the dates of the FAM trip as listed.
The winners must be able to travel to the relevant departure airport – London Gatwick – at their own expense for both the outbound and return journeys.
Trips cannot be extended.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore/ Virgin Atlantic / Antigua & Barbuda Tourist Board retain the right to amend the FAM trip itinerary including but not limited to; flight times, accommodation, arrangements, dates at any time.
Virgin Atlantic Flightstore / Virgin Atlantic / Antigua & Barbuda Tourist Board retain the right to withdraw this incentive at any time.
